More Famous People!

Last night we went to a Francesca Battistelli and Sanctus Reel concert. They were both very good! At the end we got to get an autograph and a picture with Sanctus Reel :) 

Their lead guitarist gave me one of his guitar picks to use when I start playing guitar! He was really cool!

 Also, I got to take a picture with my bro :)

Leah Darrow

Maria, Miranda, Leah, and Me!

I had the honor to get to listen, meet, and take a picture with Leah Darrow last Saturday at the Rediscover Catholicism Conference in Minneapolis!!!! This woman has made such an impact on my life with her testimony and love for Jesus that I almost started to cry when I met her. Leah was a contestant on America's Next Top Model and after a professional model in New York.  She had a conversion during a photo shoot and made the decision to leave, literally walking out of the building. After many years she is now a nationally renowned speaker who, by the grace of God, now speaks of her past, and on chastity, beauty, and modesty. She is one of the greatest examples of how He really does have the power to heal you and call further up and further in! Praise God!

Some Catching Up

Our computer was dead and now has come back to life again! We have a new one, and I am thankful :) It was actually a good thing sometimes! Here is some catch up on me. The school year is in full swing and I have spent the last three days learning and memorizing the bones of the body...pretty awesome :) We had our first Book Club of the school year two weeks ago! We read The Outsiders by S.E Hinton, which I have read before! It was great, but kind of sad! There are some pictures of our good times :)

  The newest thing is that I am now apart of the YCCM Women's Chorale and I am learning ALOT about music!!! We had a picture day where we got to wear our dresses and look all pretty, so that is why my friend and I look so stunning ;)

Other than those two things, I really haven't been doing stuff besides school and reading.  I found some really good books, and one of them is called She Walks In Beauty by Siri L. Mitchell! Oh it is sooooo good!!! If you want to just curl up and enjoy a good romantic book, this is it :)

I would like to say a big thank you to you all for praying for me with the diet thing! It has been going great and God has blessed be abundantly! I feel so much better and am improving. Again, thank you so much! Praying for you as well :) In Christ's Love, ~Becky
